It was a game dominated by Rangoonwala from ball one, Shan Foods would like to forget this match as soon as possible as it is not the one to remember for them. Zakir Malik and Ahmed opened for Rangoonwala when they went out to bat in the first innings and they announced their presence with a quick little partnership at the top. The openers were in fiery mood and they set the tone, Zakir Malik scored 13 off 7 whereas Ahmed managed to score 28 off 15 balls with 3 sixes. The stage was set for the incoming batsmen and the next batsmen, Ghani and Bilal not only took advantage of it but made sure not to give Shan Foods a sniff of a chance. The duo smashed the ball all around the park during their fine partnership. They added more than 100 runs together and Ghani scored 70 off 41 balls with 7 thunderous sixes and Bilal was not far behind with 61 off 32 which included 6 sixes. Shehroz also joined the party later with 26 off 13 balls to set up a first innings total of 230.
The bowling was miserable from Shan Foods and their batting turned out to be even worse with 230 to chase they got off to an awful start and never recovered from it. Toheed Khan was the star with the ball, he was the one to set the tone with the ball with his match winning 5 wickets haul for only 9 runs, he was supported by Bilal Khan who also picked up 4 wickets and they both rattled the opposition with their fine piece of bowling. Shan Foods were completely outplayed and were never really in the game.
