Changan Karachi Lions went against Royal Strikers on 15th December.
Royal Strikers while batting first scored 109 runs. Opener Umair Tariq scored 46 runs on 51 balls to provide the batting stability in beginning. However, middle order batters even failed to enter double digits except Mudassir Suriya who scored 14 runs on 14 balls. The phenomenal bowling effort of changan karachi was led by Hikmat Ullah who took 4 wickets, while Ghafar Khan took 2 wickets. Other bowlers Yaqoob, Dawood Shah, and Najeeb Agha took 1 wicket each.
Changan Karachi started of their innings smoothly courtesy to their openers Qudrat Shah and Ghafar Khan who scored 61 and 35 runs successively. These two solid innings helped Lions sail to victory as the middle order batters only came to hit winning runs. Royal strikers bowlers failed to defend their small total; however, Saad Sumar took 2 wickets in his 1.5 overs. Sumair Sherwani also contributed by taking 1 wicket.
As a result, Changan Karachi Lions won the match by chasing the score in the 11th over only.
