Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) went against Arsalan Iqbal on 12th December at Civil Aviation Ground.
Batting first, Arsalan Iqbal posted a total of 147 at the loss 10 wickets in 19.5 overs. Akhter Muhammad was playing at a strike rate of 153, however, he got run out on23 runs by Aqeel Dogra. Ammar Iqbal stabilised the innings with his knock of 31 runs. Umar Riaz stoof out with a 4-wicket haul, while Muhammad Umer bagged 2 wickets.
Mohammad Arsalan Farzan opened the innings for CAA and smashed a striking 80 off 61. His innings included 6 fours and he remained not out till the end; hence, led the chase. Arshad Ali and Umar Riaz added 20+ runs to the score each. The bowlers were unable to strike an impact, as they dismissed 2 batters only.
As a result, CAA won the match in 18.5 overs with 7 wickets to spare.
