Classic Barbarians were to bat first against the Bubbers in the first innings of the match, with Kamil Khan and Osama Ayub as their opening pair, who gave a slow to their team by carrying a partnership of 18 runs.The top batting order was not quite in form and did not perform well with the bat, and also the Bubbers bowling attack proved to be strong by containing the Classic Barbarians from scoring big runs for their side. Umair Usman got the scoreboard running when he scored 18 runs and later Ali Bantwa carried the bat and played a beautiful innings of 57 runs off 39 balls, giving his side the maximum advantage for setting a defendable total. Classic Barbarians scored 128 runs in 20 overs at the loss of 7 wickets.
The second innings started off when Shamas Ur Rehman Alvi and Muhammad Mustafa Khan came in an as the opening for the Bubbers, but they were also forced to return back to the dressing room at an early stage in the match. Both of them scored a total of 12 runs. The Classic Barbarians were barbaric with their bowling attack, and brutally dismantled the entire batting order of the Bubbers. None of the batsmen were allowed to reach the double figures, and the wickets kept on falling. Shahid Nepal was the star bowler who managed to pick 2 wickets in 3 overs and gave away only 8 runs. Bubbers were bowled out at a total of 60 runs in only 13 overs, and the Classic Barbarians won by 68 runs.
