ICT came in to bat first & were off to a dreadful start loosing 3 wickets inside the powerplay. Fahad Jabbar looked solid as he kept the score board ticking but wickets kept on falling from the other end as the bowlers kept on picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Fahad Jabbar departed after scoring 36 runs off 33 deliveries. Ibaad Khan contributed with his 19 off 16. Hamza Altaf came in & tried to up the anti as he scored a quick fire 32 off 20. Salman Dossani contributed with his 19 off 16. Osama came in towards the back end of the innings & scored a brisk 32 off 20 deliveries ending the innings on a high. AHSAN ULLAH lead the bowling attack picking up a couple of wickets. Noman Khan, Ahmed Ali, Sufiyan Zafar & Fazal Malik picked up a wicket each. ICT posted a total of 138 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.
Downtown Chowdhurys came in to chase this target & were off to a flying start. Despite loosing 2 wickets inside the powerplay they were scoring at a high rate. Salman Khan & Noman Zafar put up a partnership of 50+ runs at the top giving their team the perfect start. Noman Zafar smashed the ball towards all parts of the ground making full use of the powerplay as he played a fiery innings of 49 runs off just 28 deliveries. Salman Khan departed shortly after scoring 28 runs off 22 deliveries. Noman Khan came in & played a solid knock of 29 runs off 21 deliveries & Zia Rehman scored 17 off 24 finishing the match for his side. Khanshah managed to pickup 3 wickets but it was too little too late.
