Faisalabad District Bar and Karachi Bar Association went against each other on 21st November at Moin Khan Cricket Academy.
Batting first, Karachi Bar posted a target of 158 at the loss of 7 wickets. Humaiyun Hanif, the non-striking opener, smashed 48 runs off 31 balls, hitting 7 fours. In addition to this, Mairaj Solangi and Aamir Iqbal played cameos of 36 and 23 runs respectively. Mohsin and Imtiaz emerged, as they bagged 2 wickets each.
Karachi Bar started the second innings with dismissing the striking opener Imtiaz at 7 runs only. The wicket was taken by Asad Sherwani. However, his opening partner, Israr Khichi went on to score 48 runs off 25 balls at a strike rate of 192. Though Mumtaz Ahmed Qureshi took 2 wickets in his four overs; however, the bowlers collectively were unable to strike a strategy against the batters. The lineup continued adding score to the board, driving the team closer to a win. Shahbaz, Abdullah and Asif Hussain scored 20+ each runs.
As a result, Faisalabad Bar emerged as winners of the final match by 5 wickets in 18.4 overs.
