Fakhar e Kutyana went against MF Roomi Strikers in the match played at TMC Ground.
Batting first, the MF Roomi team scored 140 runs majorly because of middle order batter Hunain Usman who scored a phenomenal 86 runs innings 55 balls balls with the strike rate of 150+. Hunain was followed by Ashraf Farooq who scored 26 runs on 38 balls. Other batters failed to contribute significantly. The bowling effort of Fakhar e Kutyana was led by the 2 wicket hall of Asadullah Katchi. He bowled at the average of 4.75 in his 4 overs. He was supported by Ali Imtiaz and Adeel Bhandhani as they took 1 wicket each.
Ghulam Faruque Group was off to a solid start as their top order batter Abdul Razzak scored 44 runs on 37 balls. Contribution by the middle order batter Abdullah Aziz 41 runs and some help from the lower middle order helped them chase the target comfortably with 5 wickets to spare. The bowling line up of MF Roomi failed to defend the target; however, Hunain Usman took 2 wickets and showed outstanding all round display.
