Falcon Sports dominated against Big Bang Entertainment XI on 18th April at the Rashid Latif Cricket Academy.
Usman Jawanda started the first innings smashing 67 off 44 balls. His innings included 9 boundaries. In addition to this, Leman Ul Haq contributed 42 runs at a strike rate of 144.83. Ali Khan was stunning with his bowling efforts, as h bagged 4 wickets. However, even after this ferocious bowling efforts, Khizar Ali managed to play a crucial batting cameo at a strike rate of 238.46. Hence, Falcon Sports posted a total of 187 runs.
The second innings started with Fahad Sheikh and Obaid Ur Rehman losing their wickets at 10 and 14 runs only, respectively. Though Fahad Mustafa smashed 34 runs off 22 and was the highest run scorer, however, this was not enough to lead them to a victory. Khizar Ali and Shahzaib Khan managed to dismiss 2 batsmen each. In addition to this, Moid Farooqi and Farhan Sheikh bagged a wicket each.
As a result, Big Bang Entertainment could not reach the target in 2 overs, as they fell short of 16 runs.
