MZ Cricket Academy came in to bat first & were off to a decent start. Despite loosing 2 wickets early on they were scoring at a healthy rate. Abu Bakar & Zahid Khan put up a decent partnership at the start before Abu Bakar was dismissed after scoring 12 runs off 13 deliveries. The bowlers were then able to pickup 2 wickets in quick succession. Ismail Khan & Zahid Khan the put up a partnership of 50+ runs. Zahid Khan kept on rotating the strike where as Ismail Khan looked to play aggressive. Ismail Khan managed to score 14 off 16. M shahbaz came in & he too put up a decent partnership with Zahid Khan. Zahid Khan played a sublime innings of unbeaten 77 runs off 61 deliveries. M shahbaz scored 13 off 17. Saeed Shahzad lead the bowling attack as he picked up a couple of wickets. MZ Cricket Academy posted a total of 136 runs for the loss of 4 wickets.
FBW came in to chase this target & were off to a flying start as Danish Afridi & Abbas Khan scored at a high rate. Danish Afridi played the role of aggressor as he played a fiery innings of 42 runs off just 23 deliveries. Abbas Khan managed to score 12 off 17. The bowlers were then able to pickup a couple of wickets in quick succession but the comeback was stopped dead in it’s tracks by Muhammad Sabir who played an absolute blinder. Muhammad Sabir smashed the bowlers towards all parts of the ground playing a masterful knock of 49 runs off just 18 deliveries. Waseem & Wali Khan then finished the match in a hurry as Waseem scored 8 runs off 5 deliveries & Wali Khan played a cameo of 15 runs off 6 deliveries.
