NBP Lions came in to bat first & were off to a disastrous start as they lost half of their side inside the powerplay. The bowlers bowled at tight line & lengths which resulted in batsmen giving away their wickets. The top order completely collapsed & all the pressure was on the middle order & the lower order. Taha Owais & Salman Ali Memon then put up a partnership of 50+ runs getting their team back into the match. Salman Ali Memon tried to up the anti as he played a fiery innings of 31 runs off 21 deliveries. Raziq Kayani came in & played with the same intent as he scored a brisk 28 off just 20 deliveries. Once he was dismissed the bowlers picked up the momentum again & started picking up quick wickets. Taha Owais was left stranded on the other end as he scored a fighting 22 off 35 deliveries. Muhammad Junaid completely tore apart the batting lineup. He was absolutely unplayable as he picked up 4 wickets. Muhammad Khaliq Uz Zaman & Fahad Bin Arif managed to pickup a couple of wickets as well. NBP Lions posted a total of 134 runs for the loss of 9 wickets.

Financial Management Association Of Pakistan came in to chase down this target & were off to a flying start. Despite loosing a wicket early on they were scoring at a high rate. Qaiser Sattar & Salman Javed put up a decent partnership. Salman Javed played the role of the aggressor as he smashed the ball towards all parts of the ground. Qaiser Sattar was rotating strike before he was dismissed after scoring 17 runs off 16 deliveries. Yawar Uz Zaman came in & started to middle the ball from the word go. Salman Javed & Yawar Uz Zaman put up a partnership of 50+ runs. The duo was explosive from the word go as there was clean power hitting on display from both ends. Salman Javed played a sublime knock of 56 runs off just 36 deliveries. Yawar Uz Zaman played a fiery innings of 42 runs off just 28 deliveries. Jawwad Qureshi & Azhar Khan managed to pickup a wicket each but it was too little too late.
