Folio3 cricket club came in to bat first & were off to a shaky start. Despite loosing 2 wickets early on they were scoring at a healthy rate. Muzammil Ghafoor contributed with his 24 off 29 & Muhammad ahsan hoorani scored 16 off 11. Zain Abbas came in next & scored a quick fire 21 off 15. The bowlers kept on picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Batsmen got their starts but were unable to convert them into a big innings. Asim Khatri scored 16 off 19. Abdul wahab managed to score 12 off 9. The bowlers kept on dominating the batsmen. Areeb Salman & Muhammad Shan tore apart the batting lineup picking up 3 wickets each. Yahya Javed & Pervaiz Ali also managed to pickup a couple of wickets each. Folio3 cricket club were bowled out for 125 runs in 19.3 overs.
UBL Insurers came in to chase this target & were off to a dreadful start loosing 3 wickets inside the powerplay. Yahya Javed & Areeb Salman then put up a crucial partnership of 50+ runs. Yahya Javed played a solid knock of 35 runs off 25 deliveries. Areeb Salman scored run a ball 32. The rest of the batting lineup completely collapsed as the bowlers then managed to pickup wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Mansoor Abbasi showed some resistance but eventually ran out of partners as wickets kept on tumbling left right & center. Mansoor Abbasi scored 22 runs off 26 deliveries. Asim Khatri ripped through the batting lineup picking up 4 wickets. Muhammad ahsan hoorani was equally good as he picked up 3 wickets & Muhammad Danish khanani managed to pickup a couple of wickets. UBL Insurers were bowled out for 123 runs in 18.3 overs.
