Gulshan Becks Vs DCA Sports
A real thriller and nerve cracking turn of events by both sides, and in the end Gulshan Becks proved to be the winners of the contest.
Gulshan Becks started their innings magnificently, when the opening pair carried a wonderful partnership of 56 runs giving their side a boost start in the first innings. Ali Manzar scored 37 runs. The top batting order was in top form, and that was clear from their perfomance. Each and every player scored decent runs that kept the scoreboard ticking. Taha and Kashif played a partnership of 43 runs. The last pair standing till the innings came to an end were Waqas Khan who scored 35 runs and Mujahid who scored 25 runs. Gulshan Becks scored a total of 191 runs in 20 overs. Imran bowled a beautiful spell of 4 overs, picking up 3 wickets for his side in the first innings.
DCA Sports were off to a flying start and it looked as if they were going to chase the target down with their opening pair. Ali Chaudry and Rizwan Butt knocked the ball around like it was a childs play for them. Rizwan Butt scored 85 runs off 33 balls and gave the opposition a tough time with his outclass batting skills. But soon after his dismissal none of the batsmen were able to make a difference for the DCA Sports, and the Gulshan Becks kept on hammering the other side with their strong balling attack. DCA Sports was bowled out in 17 overs at a total of 173 runs giving their side the win by 18 runs.
