Hill Park Blues defeated Naakians in a match held in the 36th Challengers Corporate Cup.
Batting first, Naakians lost one opener for a low score but the other opener Noman Shahid scored 27 off 34 balls to help stabilize the team. Mustafa Khan contributed 37 off 41 balls to the teams score, but after his dismissal the team did not score much. They reached a total of 115 runs. Abdullah Anwar was the lead wicket taker of his side with a 3 wicket haul.
Hill Park Blues had a shaky start as one opener was dismissed for a duck. However, fellow opener Yousuf Rasheed played an important knock of 55 off 50 balls, including 8 boundaries. This helped the team move forward in the chase. A late cameo from Abdullah Anwar (18 off 12 balls) helped the team cross the line and win the match.
