Rims Lions came in to bat first & were off to a shaky start. Despite loosing 3 wickets inside the powerplay they were scoring at a healthy rate. Abdullah Imran & Afroz Hassan put up a decent partnership at the top as Abdullah Imran scored 25 runs off 16 deliveries & Afroz Hassan scored 25 off 14. The bowlers then managed to pickup a couple of quick wickets. Fahad Jabbar & Hunain Usman then put up some sort of a partnership. Fahad Jabbar was looking good before he was dismissed after scoring 21 runs off 13 deliveries. Naveed Nagda came in & he scored 11 off 19. Hunain Usman was also dismissed after playing a solid knock of 40 runs off 34 deliveries. Rameez Mehboob scored 18 off 11 & Mujataba Raza played a cameo of 14 runs off 7 deliveries ending the innings on a high. Adeel Meo lead the bowling lineup picking up 3 wickets. He found good support from Imran Idrees who managed to pickup a couple of wickets. Rims Lions posted a total of 175 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.
Classic Garments Raptors came in to chase this target & were off to a shaky start. Despite loosing 2 wickets inside the powerplay they were scoring at a healthy rate. Abdullah Fazal & Adeel Meo managed to put up a solid partnership putting their team right on track. The duo scored at a healthy rate & were dominating the game. Adeel Meo departed after playing a fiery innings of 42 runs off 24 deliveries. Abdullah Fazal followed him soon as he played a sublime knock of 57 runs off 41 deliveries. The rest of the batting lineup completely collapsed as the bowlers made their way back into the match picking up wickets at quick successions not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Hunain Usman was absolutely unplayable with the game as he tore apart the batting lineup picking up 5 wickets. He found good support from M Alam Bhimani who managed to pickup a couple of wickets.
