K- Town Cricket Club Vs Al-Barkat match was played on Sunday 6-12-2015
K-Town batted first, and completely outclassed Al Barkat with a remarkable performance led by Bilal Bin Younus(104) unbeaten century in just 69 balls which included 17 overwhelming fours and 1 six. Taking advantage of the on going fantabulous scores, the other batsmen including Jawad Hussain(37) and Hamza (29) played well and took K-Town to 188 runs of 20 overs.
Al- Barkat then played a modest role chasing the tough target in second innings. Wickets started to tumble from the very beginning as only 3 players were able to reach double digits. Abdullah who top scored with 33 runs in 23 balls, Fahad(30) and Irfan(24) just could not do enough to chase the mammoth total. Waqas Mazhar stood out with the ball picking up 3 vital wickets and was well supported by Usman Khan who picked up 2 vital wickets. The match ended with Al-Barkat falling short of 62 runs.
