Karachi Bar Association went against Hyderabad District Bar on 14 November at SKBZ.
Batting first, Hyderabad District Bar posted a total of 134 runs at the loss of 9 wickets. The opening duo, Hitesh and Yasir Talpir gave a poor start, as they lost their wickets on 3 runs and a duck respectively. ALatif Somroo played the crucial innings, as he scored 49 runs. Aamir Iqbal led the bowling attack, as he bagged 3 wickets, while Yasir Yaseen and Mairaj Solangi took 2 wickets each.
Asad Sherwani and Humayun Hanif opened the innings for Karachi Bar. The pair scored a collective of 32 runs. The bowlers displayed a mediocre effort, as Adnan Shakeel bagged 2 wickets, while Mehran Thebo, Ayaz Ali and Osama Parhyar took a wicket each. Saqib Nawab and Owais Ahmed Siddiqui’s cameos of 27 and 37 runs respectively.
As a result, Karachi Bar secured the win in 18 overs.
