Karachi Bar Association went against Hyderabad District Bar on 12th November at SKBZ.
Batting first, Hyderabad District Bar posted a total of 150 runs at the loss of 9 wickets. The opening duo, Umair and Khalid Channa gave a steady start, as they score 45 and 22 runs respectively. Aamir Iqbal led the bowling attack, as he bagged 4 wickets, while Ashar Qureshi took 3 wickets. Naeem Baloch and Arshad Solangi also played crucial cameos in posting a substantial total.
Furqan Siddiqui and Humayun Hanif opened the innings for Karachi Bar. The pair was stunning, as they smashed 48 and 37 runs respectively. The bowlers displayed poor intent, as they dismissed 2 batters only while the opener, Furqan, got run out. Aamir Ali and Aamir Iqbal’s cameos of 20+ runs resulted in a win for Karachi Bar.
Karachi Bar secured the win in 17 overs only.
