Karachi Patriots met Master Blaster in Fit 5 night tournament at MKCA.
Batting first Karachi Patriots posted a steep target of 222 for Master Blaster in 20 overs. Openers Tayyab (34) and Faisal (61) blasted the opposition bowling attack in power play overs until Taimoor removed the top 3. Aamir (48) and Adeel (50) capitalized the opening stand and scored freely which helped them cross the 200 mark.
Master Blaster opener were under tremendous pressure right from the word go as Shoaib (39) and Irfan (29) played a cautious knock. After they departed no one stood against Sameer and Adeel bowling as they both jointly took 7 wickets handing their team a 63 runs victory.
