KARACHI PATRIOTS VS BUBBERS (RAMZAN SUPER SIXES)
A high scoring game was played between Karachi Patriots and Bubbers where being a bowler was not wanted by anyone.
Karachi Patriots were off to a solid start as both their openers attacked the Bubbers bowling line up fiercely. Usman Ghani scored 34 runs off 8 balls while Adnan Salim scored 35 off 13. Zyre was the only wicket taker from the Bubbers, who claimed 1 wicket and gave away only 8 runs. Karachi Patriots scored a mighty 84 run total. They lost 2 wickets in the process at the end of 5 overs.
Bubbers had a big target to chase and a big pressure to deal with. Unfortunately they could not do both. Mustafa was run out on the very first ball he faced. Zyre Qazi along with Shamas Rahman started to fight back. Shamas scored an 11 ball 25 while Zyre Qazi made 33 runs off just 10 balls. Amir Motiwala was the pick of the bowlers as his economical over of 8 runs was something to praise. Despite of getting 19 runs from the Patriots’ bowlers, Bubbers managed to score only 75 runs at the end of 5 overs.
Karachi Patriots won the match by 9 runs.
