Karachi Tigers opted to bat first their opener Fayaz scored a well deserved half century hitting six 4's in the process at a strike rate of 141. While the top/middle order failed to impress until Faizan scored 45 of 23 balls to post a respectable total of 163 on the board. Areeb Kalia took 3 wickets.
Karachi Gladiators top order couldn't survive the spell of Sheriyar as he took 3 wickets in just 2 overs. Middle order also failed to deliver. Gladiators team folded in 14.4 overs losing the match by 79 runs.
