KBM vs PIB GLADIATORS (RAMZAN LEAGUE)
KBM and PIB Gladiators locked horns in this one sided match of the Ramzan League. KBM batted first and were off to a steady start. Ejaz and Khurram batted with ease and laid a solid foundation. Ejaz scored 20 runs off just 9 balls while Khurram scored 13 off 16. After the opening partnership broke, Omer stole the show with his brilliant batting. He made 38 runs off 21 balls and put his side in the driving seat. Anus and Asfar managed to get one wicket each as KBM scored 95 runs for the loss of 3 wickets at the end of 8 overs.
PIB Gladiators did not have the ideal start for a run chase. The loss of an early wicket created enormous pressure on the batsmen and it echoed in their performance. Asfar scored 24 runs off 15 balls while the rest of the batting lineup failed to impress. Taha was impressive with the ball as he got 3 wickets in 2 overs and gave away only 4 runs. Faraz also claimed a wicket while the rest of the bowlers were tidy with their line and length. Conceding only one extra run, KBM managed to restrict PIB Gladiators at the score of 41 for the loss of 4. KBM won the match by a wide margin of 54 runs.
