Masaqa CC win a high scoring clash

Masaqa CC came in to bat first & their opening batsman, Abdullah Alam, set the tone for the innings with a quickfire knock of 56 runs off just 35 deliveries. He displayed excellent stroke play and provided a solid foundation for his team. Muhammad Afzal contributed a valuable 28 runs off 10 balls, while Adeel Meo played a blistering innings, scoring 39 runs off just 17 deliveries. Late in the innings, Jamil Agha played a crucial innings of 58 runs off 17 balls, displaying some explosive hitting. Afroz Hassan finished the innings with a flourish, smashing 31 runs off just 9 balls. Mujahid Khan, Faizan Malik, Hikmat Ullah, and Tahir Ahmed each picked up a wicket for Mujahid Motors. Masaqa CC posted a formidable total of 258 runs for the loss of 6 wickets.

In response, Mujahid Motors started their innings steadily with their openers, Muhammad Yaseen and Atta Jan. Yaseen scored 24 runs off 20 balls, while Jan played aggressively, scoring 41 runs off just 20 deliveries. Mujahid Khan continued the momentum with a quickfire innings of 40 runs off 21 balls. Hikmat Ullah contributed a crucial knock of 41 runs off 19 balls, keeping Mujahid Motors in the hunt. However, the required run rate kept increasing, and despite some late contributions from Taha Mehmood (16 off 8), M Yasir (26 off 15), and Adil Umar (22 off 17), Mujahid Motors fell short of the target.
