Medicam Lost to Siccotel in a Nail-biting Contest

Medicam and Siccotel went against each other on 29th October at TMC ground.

Batting first, Medicam scored a decent total of 162 runs. Their effort was led by Saad Sultan’s 52 runs and Umer Chawla’s 43 odd runs innings.  Houd Adnan’s brisk 31 runs on 17 balls helped Medicam finish on a high. As they scored 171 runs. On behalf of Siccotel, Dawood Barry emerged as the leading wicket taker by taking 2 wickets. Owais Iqbal and Moshin Ahmed Pai supported him in the bowling attack.

In Siccotel’s 7 wicket victory, their opening batter Abdullah Jamal scored an unbeaten 69 runs innings on 57 balls. He was supported by Haris Batla’s 56 runs remarkable. The bowling effort of Medicam was medicore in terms of taking wickets, as only Abdullah Nawab and Umar Lohya opened their accounts.

As a result, Siccotel won by 7 wickets in the 20th over with only 1 ball to spare.
