Day Fresh Vs Allied FRiends match was played on 2nd December, 2015.
Day Fresh batted first, the match commenced with a fantastic opening partnership between Nadeem Aftab and Mudassir Fayyaz who scored 100 and 39 runs, respectively. Nadeem was the main highlight of the innnings scoring a remarkable century which included 7 fours and 4 sixes. The other batsmen came in and kept the momentum going, as Day Fresh ended their 20 overs on 180 for the loss of 4 wickets.
Nadeem Saleem(33) and Haris Maqbool(18) on the other hand started to chase the target and swinged their bats for 2 sixes each. The match seemed to gain the audience interest when suddenly Daniyal Imran picked up Haris's wicket and sent him back to the pavilion. The second innings continued at a steady pace when Anjum Riaz came to the crease to and contributed 45 runs of 34 balls. The other batsmen however could not cop-up with the expectations and coupled with some intelligent bowling by Rizwan and Aman, the match ended with Allied Friends falling short by 17 runs.
