Noman Ampara and Waqas did the remedial work with decent scores. Farhan Asif scored a wonderful half century with 3 sixes and 5 fours. He scored 52 off just 30 balls while his partner Faizan played a cautious knock of 25 runs off 38 balls. A sudden fall of two wickets put Nazeer Hussain Gymkhana in some pressure, but Muhammad Ahsan Zafar and Hassan Qazi repaired the damage. Ahsan scored 32 runs off just 12 deliveries while Hassan Qazi scored 20 off 19, and together they helped their side to win the match in the 18th over. Shahid Nepal and Rehan took 2 wickets each but failed to stop Nazeer Hussain Gymkhana from winning the match by 6 wickets.
