Shamas Rehman and Mustafa started the chase in positive fashion scoring boundaries and keeping the required runrate under check at all time. Shamas Rehman was the first wicket to fall for 18 and soon after him Mustafa had to retire for 34. After their departure Parco bowlers tightened the screws and applied pressure on incoming batsmen. No batsmen could carry the momentum that opening partnernship had given them.
