Zenith Associates came in to bat first & were off to a dreadful start loosing 3 wickets early on. Daniyal Liaquat & Zeeshan Haider then put up some sort of a partnership. Daniyal Liaquat played a cameo of 25 runs off 10 deliveries where as Zeeshan Haider scored 19 off 21. EJaz Shah came in & he contributed with his 24 off 17. The rest of the batting lineup couldn’t do much as the bowlers kept on picking up wickets at regular intervals through out the innings not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Batsmen got their starts but were unable to convert them into a big innings as the bowlers picked up wickets at key moments. fayyaz hussain & Adeel Majeed lead the bowling attack picking up 3 wickets each. Ammad khan was also able to pickup a couple of wickets. Zenith Associates were bowled out for 116 in 18.4 overs.
Ridan Warriors came in to chase this target & were off to a flying start. Despite loosing a wicket in the powerplay Ahmed Kabir & fayyaz hussain managed to score at a high rate. The duo played fearless cricket smashing the bowlers towards all parts of the ground. Zenith Associates tried every bowler they had but were unable to break the partnership. The dup put up a 100+ runs unbeaten partnership taking their team to a comfortable victory. Ahmed Kabir played a sublime knock of 58 runs off just 46 deliveries. fayyaz hussain was equally brilliant with the bat as he scored 44 runs off just 34 deliveries. Rehman Ghani was the only bowler who was able to pickup a wicket.
