Mavericks CC came in to bat first & were off to a dreadful start loosing 4 wickets inside the powerplay. The bowlers continued with the momentum as they kept on picking up wickets at regular intervals. Arsalan Amin & Abdul Rehman M Rafiq then put up a solid partnership taking their team to a respectable total. Arsalan Amin scored a solid 35 off 23 deliveries. Abdul Rehman M Rafiq looked promising before he was dismissed after scoring 34 runs off 29 deliveries. Naimat Khan Afridi lead the bowling lineup picking up 3 wickets. Hammad Warrind managed to pickup a couple of wickets as well. Mavericks CC managed to score 137 runs for the loss of 8 wickets.
Royal CC came in to chase this target & were off to a flying start. They managed to lose only 1 wicket inside the powerplay & were scoring at a high rate. Abdul wahid played a fiery innings of 51 runs off just 30 deliveries. Afnan Karim at the other hand completely blew away the bowling lineup as he played a dismissive innings of 60 runs off just 33 deliveries completely running away with the game.
