Sam Lands batted first & were off to a fiery strat as their top order batsmen made quick runs towards the beginning of the innings. Despite loosing a wicket early they kept on scoring at a quick rate. Najeeb Ullah scored 28 runs. Nawaz Sharif managed to score 31 runs off 36 deliveries. Khanshah came in next & played a cameo of 31 runs off just 16 deliveries. Abdul Moid came in towards the back end of the innings & continued from where other batsmen left as he scored a quick fire 25 off 14 deliveries. Muhammad Abis managed to pickup 3 wickets but couldn’t find support from the other bowlers. Sam lands posted a total of 159 runs for the loss of 6 wickets.
Downtown Chowdhurys came in to chase this target & were off to a flying start. Despite loosing a wicket on the first ball of the innings Muhammad Abis & Siddique Jamal put up a good partnership. Muhammad Abis scored 44 runs off 39 deliveries & Siddique Jamal scored 40 runs off 32 deliveries. The bowlers struggled to pickup quick wickets but were able to control the run rate. Batsmen were looking to score big but were unable to do so due to the tight line & length that was being bowled at them. Every bowler came in & played his part. Jaseem Khan, Abdul Mughees, Farhan Sheikh & Waqas Aslam managed to pickup a wicket each.
