Soldier CC batted first & were off to a dreadful start as they lost their top order early on in the innings. The bowlers dominated the first bit of the game until Hammad Bhatti & Abdul Samad showed some sort of resistance. Hammad Bhatti played a fiery innings of 33 runs kff just 19 deliveries where as Abdul Samad looked to play cautiously as he scored 18 runs off 37 deliveries. The bowlers then struck with wickets in quick succession as the batting lineup continued to collapse Fahad Iqbal came in towards the end & played a cameo of 29 runs off 18 deliveries. Muneeb Javaid lead the bowling lineup as he picked up 3 wickets & found good support from Muneeb Habib & Muhammad Ameen who picked up a couple of wickets each. Soldier CC were bowled out for 129 runs in 18.2 overs.
Alhpa Lab came in to chase down this target & made a complete mess of it in the beginning as they had a start similar to Soldier CC loosing their top order early in the game. The bowlers were dominant through out the first half of the innings. Zeeshan Shah & Umer Lohya provided some resistance as Zeeshan Shah scored 33 runs while Umer Lohya scored 24. Muneeb Habib came in next & scored 23 but was unable to find support from the other end as the bowlers kept on picking up wickets at regular intervals. The lower order completely collapsed as Hammad Bhatti ripped through the batting lineup. He was unplayable & picked up 4 wickets. Ameen Ullah did the damage from the other end picking up a couple of wickets. Alpha Lab managed to score 119 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in 19 overs.
