Suleman Textile Stallions defeated Media Shop CC by 6 wickets. Media Shop CC opened the batting and while they lost one of their openers early, their other opener Khurram Wahab smashed a half century off 35 balls. Irteza Khan’s 23 off 24 balls and Uzair Aslam’s 14 off 15 balls put some runs on the board, but the team was only able to reach a low total of 127 runs. Suleman Textile’s Khalid Khursheed Kaka was the lead wicket taker with 4 wickets and the bowlers managed to put pressure on the batsmen.
Similar to the first innings, Suleman Textile Stallions also faced an early loss but their other opener Sohail Shamshad went on to make 52 runs off 47 balls. Middle order batsmen Raheel Asif and Najeeb Ullah Khan made significant contributions as well and the team chased the target in just 17 overs. The bowling attack was unable to restrict the batsmen.
