Suleman Textile Stallions and Burnout 40 went against each other on 22nd August at the Asifabad Ground.
Asfand Yazdani and Shariq Iqbal Siddiqi opened the innings for Burnout 40. The middle order batsmen lost early wickets, however, Ihteram ul Haq stabilised the innings with his score of 33. The bowling power was ferocious, with Hamza Qureshi bagging 4 wickets and Rehan Hanif bagging 3. Hence, Burnout was restricted to a low score of 118 runs.
The second innings displayed a beastly batting effort from Stallions. The opening pair, Shahriyar Shahid and Rabish Ahmed single-handedly chased the score. Shahriyar scored 61 runs of only 23 balls. In addition to this, Rabish successfully smashed 51 runs. The bowlers displayed a poor score effort, as only one batsman lost his wicket.
Hence, Stallions chased the target easily and won the match.
