Sumya Builders & Developers went against Medicam on 9th December at DHA Sports Club.
Batting first, Medicam posted the total of 138 runs at the loss of 10 wickets in 19.4. Abdul Basit Zaki opened the innings with 37 off 23. Muneeb Ur Rehman smashed a half century at the strike rate of 125. Osama Ayub, from Sumya, bagged a 5-wicket haul at an economy rate of 5.29. While Abdul Rehman M Rafiq took 2 wickets.
The chase was opened by Habib Shoaib, who scored 40 off 40, hitting 3 fours and 1 six. However, his partner Haris Altaf added 3 runs to the score only. Abdullah Nawab emerged with the ball, as he took 2 crucial wickets of the openers. However, Bilal Umer and Muzammil Mehboob stabilised the innings with their knocks of 38 and 21 runs respectively.
As a result, Sumya Builders & Developers chased the score and won the match in 18.4 overs.
