Super Daddy CC batted first, losing opener Yasser Mufti for just 1 run. His partner Shehryar Qadir however had a dream run with the bat, scoring a blistering 85 runs at a strike rate of 188 that included 7 boundaries and 5 massive sixes. The rest of the team however struggled against a solid display of bowling, unable to pick runs or keep their wickets intact. Maqbool Ahmed was the only other notable contributor for his side with an impressive cameo of 25 runs that came off just 10 balls. Team's bowlers Asad Ali and Ain ul Abideen took a combined 5 wickets but were unable to stop the flow of runs. Super Daddy CC posted a competitive target of 191 in 20 overs.
The Team were off to a disastrous start in the chase, losing opener Tariq Ashfaq for just 3 runs. The batting side struggled throughout the innings, unable to get going at any stage. Jasim Talash, Rehan Shaikh and Shehryar Qadir (who was having the game of his life), all picked up 2 weeks each to stump the opposition. Faisal Waqar and Waseem Ali were the only notable contributors for their side, scoring 29 and 30 runs respectively to try and give their team a fighting chance in the game. Eventually the score proved to be too much for The Team who were limited to 149 in 20 overs.
