Suriya Fighters went against American Doors on 20th December at RLCA.
Batting first, Fighters posted a total of 155 runs at the loss of all wickets in 20 overs. Amin Suriya, the opener, and Habib Shoaib, the one-down batter, scored 31 and 32 runs respectively. Hashim Hussain Vayani, the one-down batter for American Doors, stabilised the innings after the poor performance of the openers. He smashed 43 off 34. Though Saad and Abdul Rehman M Rafiq scored 20+ runs. However, the bowlers dominated. Abdullah Imran bagged 3 wickets. In addition to this, Abdul Qadir Suriya took 2.
Hence, American Doors were restricted to a score of 140 runs in 20 overs. Therefore, Suriya Fighters won by 15 runs.
