Syed Usama and Zain Khan Lead Malik Sports to a 10-Wicket Victory

Malik Sports went against Air One Travels and Tours on 20th September.

Shoaib Saleem and Noman Saleem opened the innings for Air One. Collectively, the openers added 34 runs to the scoreboard. Fayyaz Ejaz, the one-down batter, stabilised the innings by smashing 53 runs off 47 balls. Six bowlers, from Malik Sports, took charge of bowling. All of the bowlers were successful in bagging a wicket each. The batting efforts were quite weak, as only three batsmen scored in figures of two. 26 runs were added to the score because of extras. Hence, Air One posted a total of 151 runs.

Malik Sports opened the innings with batters, Syed Usama and Zain Khan. Both the batsmen were phenomenal, as they thrashed the bowlers. Usama scored 67 runs, hitting 8 fours and 3 sixes. His innings came off at 40 balls only. In addition to this, Zain was the highest scorer of the match, with 80 runs off just 41 balls. He played the innings at a beastly strike rate of 195.12. The bowlers displayed a poor performance, as they were unable to dismiss a single batter.

As a result, Malik Sports won the match by 10 wickets in the 14th over only.
