Karachi Stallions went against Minai Associates on 21st October at Rashid Latif Cricket Academy Ground.

Muzammil Bantva and Hammad Warrind opened the innings for Minai Associates, scoring 22 and 30 runs respectively. The opening duo smashed 7 boundaries collectively. The middle-order lost momentum, as they failed to contribute significantly. Taha Karsaz was phenomenal, as he bagged a five-wicket haul in 4 overs at an economy rate of 3.00. In addition to this, Owais Makatia dismissed 3 batters while Ayan Asif and Muhammad Ahmed Maani took a wicket each. The bowlers successfully destroyed the momentum of the batters. Hasnain Deriwala and Ahmed Moten opened the innings, determined to chase the score for Stallions. Hasnain was stunning with the bat, as he smashed a half-century. His innings included 5 fours and 1 six and he played a strike rate of 121.74. However, he lost his wicket on 56 runs to M Alam Bhimani. On the other hand, Ahmed scored 10 runs only. Muzammil was successful in denting the stability of the batters in the middle overs. He bagged 3 crucial wickets. However, his efforts went in vain due to the low target posted by his team. Stallions’ batters regardless of the fall of wickets did not come under pressure. Danial Anis scored 21 runs while Taha played a cameo of 13 runs.

As a result, the collective efforts of the batters led Stallions to a win in the 19th over by 5 wickets.
