In a friendly match played at the SKBZ Ground, Super Daddy Cricket Club came head to head with Symmetry, in a match that saw one team completely dominate the other.
Symmetry batted first and right from the beginning saw wickets falling at short intervals. Munawar was the highest scorer for Symmetry, scoring just 14 runs in 21 balls, with only one boundary to his name. The Super Daddy CC bowlers dominated throughout the innings, with Rehan Sheikh taking 2 wickets for 12 runs, in his two over spell. Fellow bowler Ali Mufti also was fantastic with the ball, taking 2 wickets for just 5 runs, in his 3 overs. Symmetry could only manage 50 runs at the end of the innings.
Chasing just 51 runs, the Super Daddy CC openers came out all guns blazing and scored freely. Shehryar Qadir was the leading run scorer with a 14 ball 26, in an innings that included 2 fours and 2 massive sixes. Fellow opener Adeel Mansha also contributed a quick 22 runs, in only 11 balls, with 4 fours and a six, to guide his team to a thumping victory in only 5 overs. For Symmetry, Danish was the lone wicket taker, taking a wicket for 8 runs in his one over.
The Super Daddy Cricket Club won the match by 9 wickets.
