Classic Barbarians batted first and cracked under pressure. The team struggled with the bat throughout their innings, unable to get going at any stage. Shahid Jiwani and Bilal Omer cleaned up the top order with the Barbarians reeling at one stage. Saad Ahmed then stepped in to try and steer his team's recovery, scoring a valuable 46 runs which included 2 boundaries and 3 maximums. He received little support on the other end however as the team fell apart, throwing away their wickets, unable to keep the scoreboard ticking. Yasir Tanveer also picked up 2 wickets. Classic Barbarians were eventually limited to 153 in 20 overs.
Bilal Omer was having the game of his life! The opener smashed 104 runs at a strike rate of 221, merciless against a helpless bowling attack. Barbarians bowlers were unable to make the breakthrough and by the time Shahid Nepal rid the opening pair, the damage had already been done. TNN Titans comfortably chased down the target in 15 overs.
