TNN Titans batted first and were off to a disastrous start, losing their opener Bilal Omer for duck. The team struggled with the bat, losing wickets frequently unable to gain stability or keep the scoreboard ticking. With the pressure of a final, it was Shakir Serang (34), Saad Gatta (43) and Owais Pasta (38) who stepped up to lead the recovery, contributing valuable runs and pulling their team back in the game. 6 of the Titans batsmen were out in single digits, including 3 ducks. A&I Properties bowlers did well to limit the opposition, taking wickets at key times to stop the flow of runs. Israr Ahmed and Umer Farooq took 2 wickets each but it was the fielding that made all the difference that night, with 4 run outs. TNN Titans eventually posted a target of 163 in 20 overs.
A&I Properties were off to a decent start with both openers contributing runs with the bat. Hunain Usman dismissed the duo and with the team's momentum broken, they were unable to recover at any stage. Idrees Amin ripped through the middle order with a brutal spell of 3 wickets Ahmed Arshad was the only notable contributor for his side with a fighting innings of 45 runs that included 2 boundaries and 2 maximums. Imran Idrees caused further damage, taking 2 additional wickets to bowl out the opposition. A&I Properties were bowled out for 149 in 19.2 overs.
