Suleman Textile Stallions v TNN Titans

Suleman Textile Stallions batted first and were off to a solid start with opener Fahad Jabbar scoring 47 runs. The rest of the team however stumbled throughout the innings with cameos and contributions but no player ever really took off.The Titans bowlers took wickets occasionally but did more damage stopping the flow of runs and keeping the run rate in check. Umair Ahmed scored 31 runs and boosted his team's total to 152 in 20 overs.
TNN Titans were off to a rocky start in the all-important chase. The team lost their top order early on in the innings before Owais Pasta stepped in to rescue his team with a match-winning knock of 61 runs. Imran Idrees fought hard to defend the score, taking 2 wickets but was unable to stop the flow of runs. A few cameos and an all-round team contribution helped the Titans get over the line to win their second trophy in a row! TNN Titans scored 155 in 19.2 overs.
TNN Titans were the 5th MPL Champions, winning by 4 wickets.
