Korenesh batted first and were off to a disastrous start losing opener Khurram Saleem for just 1 run. The team stumbled throughout the innings and completely lost their way with 8 of their batsmen being out for single digits. Usman Salman was the only notable contributor for his side scoring 34 runs. Viper XI's bowlers did well to contain the opposition, taking wickets at key moments. Saqib Inam, Mubasir, Faraz Rafique and Bilal bowled fantastically to take 2 wickets each and dominate the opposition. Korenesh were eventually bowled our for 118 in 19 overs.
Viper XI were off to a rocky start losing their opener Waqas for just 2 runs. The team lost wickets regularly but were saved by Shoukat Riaz who played a match-winning knock of 60 runs. Ali Nasir and Hassan Khalid bowled well to take 2 wickets each but were unable to defend the low total. Viper XI scored 121 in 19.3 overs.
