Brothers United was off to a decent start with their opening pair in the first innings. Adnan Shafiq and Irfan Zulfiqar carried a partnership of 42 runs that gave a good head start to their team. After their dismissal rest of the top batting order came stumbling down one after the other. Chiniot United's bowling attack was too much for the Brothers United to handle. Mohsin Riaz and Waqas Tariq played the most effective partnership of the innings that got some decent runs on the scoreboard. They scored 54 runs together from which Waqas Tariq scored 37 runs. Asif Afzal was the star bowler for his team with his amazing spell of 3 overs and got 4 wickets to his name. Brothers United were bowled out at a total of 152 runs in 20 overs.
Chiniot United was off to a massive start with Imran leading from the front in the second innings. Imran scored a beautiful 42 runs for his team and got the scoreboard running in favor of his side. Mussadiq and Mujtaba Suleman carried a partnership of 38 runs that kept the scoreboard ticking and brought their side closer to the win. It was only a matter of time before one of the batsmen played one good innings and took the Chiniot United to ultimate glory. And it was Khurram Nadeem and Dawood who played the match winning partnership and scored 34 runs to celebrate victory. Chiniot United chased the target in 19 overs.
