Both of them failed tremendously on scoring decent runs for their team and lost their wickets to Usman who was looking dangerous with the ball, after scoring a total of 13 runs. Abdul Shakoor was the third man in followed by Faizan Khalid, and both of these players covered the damage and played a 43 runs partnership. But Shehbaz and Mehmood Ali came in to dismantle this partnership and were successful in doing so with their amazing bowling attack. Both of the players picked up 3 wickets each in the first innings. Later on in the match Bakht Gul and Shiraz Raza carried a 46 runs partnership. Zamzam Sports battled hard to score a massive total and lost all of their wickets in 20 overs after scoring a total of 155 runs.
Shan XI seemed to be pretty confident with their performance in the first innings and also the target they had to chase. The opening pair also gave their side a decent start that kept the morale high. Imran Zia and Kamran Ahmed scored a partnership of 43 runs at the start of the second innings. Rafiq Khatak took out Imran Zia who was in great form. Mehmood Ali came in at number four and scored 23 runs and later lost his wicket to Shahid Mukhtar, who picked up 2 wickets for his team. Ali was the last batsman to score some decent runs and went back after scoring 13 runs. Rafiq Khatak was the man of the innings and also the man of the match for Zamzam Sports, for he demolished the opposition’s batting line with his amazing spell of 2.3 overs, picking up 4 wickets on his way. The entire team was bowled out in 16 overs at a total of 109 runs.
