KPSIAJ FSC came in to bat first & were off to a flying start. Both their openers were in fine form & they made full use of the form giving their team a fiery start. Ali Zain & Imran Sajjad put up a partnership of 50+ runs giving their team the perfect start making full use of the powerplay. Imran Sajjad played rather cautiously as he scored 32 runs off 23 deliveries but Ali Zain completely went beast mode hitting every bowler out of the attack. The bowlers managed to pickup a couple of quick wickets but it didn’t stop Ali Zain as he continued the onslaught. He departed after playing a sublime knock of 75 runs off 49 deliveries. Talib Hussain came in & he boosted the team total with his 24 runs off 22 deliveries. Yousuf Bhatti managed to pickup a couple of wickets. KPSIAJ FSC posted a total of 167 runs for the loss of 5 wickets.
Samba Bank Warriors came in to chase this target & were off to a flying start. Despite loosing a couple of wickets they were scoring at a high rate. Their opener Zohair Ahmed was in fine form. He made full use of his form completely blasting away the bowling lineup. Zohair Ahmed & Muhammad Zahid put up a partnership of 50+ runs. Muhammad Zahid played a solid knock of 24 runs off 15 deliveries. Zohair Ahmed was middling the ball from the word go hitting out every bowler that was brought into the attack. Aasim Shabir came in & played a solid knock of 26 runs off 22 deliveries. Zohair Ahmed played a sublime knock of 85 runs off 59 deliveries. Faraz Shah Taimuri came in towards the back end of the innings & played a cameo of 24 runs off just 8 deliveries taking his team over the line. Imran Sajjad picked up a couple of wickets but it was too little too late.
