Zubair Dilawar too hot to handle for Vital CC

Karachi Shaheens came in to bat first & were off to a flying start. Their openers gave them a fast start as SHEHRIYAR SHAHID & ZUBAIR DILAWAR were hitting the ball cleanly towards all parts of the ground. The bowlers seemed to have no reply to this onslaught from the duo. SHEHRIYAR SHAHID departed after playing a fiery innings of 27 runs off 16 deliveries. TAHA MIRZA came in & he contributed with his 14 off 18. ZUBAIR DILAWAR on the other end was showing an absolute master class of power hitting. Every bowler was hit out of the attack as he was looking gold. ZUBAIR DILAWAR played an absolute masterful knock of 105 runs off just 50 deliveries. An innings which consisted of 6 boundaries & 8 towering sixes. The rest of the batsmen were unable to do much as the bowlers were able to pickup wickets at regular intervals from the other end. Saud Shiekh came in towards the back end of the innings & played a cameo of 12 runs off 6 deliveries. Nisar Shah was able to pickup a couple of wickets but the bowlers went for plenty. Karachi Shaheens posted a total of 180 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.

Vital CC came in to chase this target & were off to a decent start. Despite loosing a wicket inside the powerplay they were scoring at a healthy rate. Nisar Shah & FARHAN SHAH put up a decent partnership. Nisar Shah scored 28 runs off 25 deliveries where as FARHAN SHAH scored run a ball 22. Once the duo was dismissed the bowlers started to dominate. The rest of the batting lineup completely collapsed as the bowlers bowled at attacking the & lengths. The bowlers kept on picking up wickets at quick successions not allowing the batsmen to settle in. The middle order & the lower order completely collapsed. KAIF BILAL tore apart the batting lineup picking up 4 wickets. Abdul Wahab was equally good as he picked up 3 wickets. He found good support from Saad Sakhawat who managed to pickup a couple of wickets as well. Vital CC were bowled out for 104 runs in 15.4 overs.

Karachi Shaheens Won By 76 Runs
